Master planning, design and construction coordination of a 40-acre property. A century ago the site was an active marble quarry; now it hosts ecologically significant wetlands. The project incorporates a state-of-the-art raised trail system through the wetlands; the transformation of the derelict marble quarry into a heated swimming pool, waterfall, and pond system and an extensive eco-historic trail system. Of the 30,000 plants specified in the planting plan, all but a few are native to the area.
