Master
planning, design, construction coordination and oversight of a 7-acre,
historic village estate in southern Vermont. Elements of the project include
the approach to the renovated house and the siting of outbuildings, a
swimming pool constructed from local fieldstone, a Japanese-influenced
spa courtyard, a fieldstone water wall, restoration of fieldstone walls
and construction of new ones, and extensive perennial and woodland gardens.
The various elements are responsive to the client’s desires and
discreetly suited to the historic context of the site. |
